Are you having a technical problem. Please look for the Tahoma Communications asset tag on the back of your unit. With your asset number, we can quickly and easily help you with a problem.

Equipment Returns

If you need to return equipment off of rent or lease please call and get an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning your equipment. This will help us to log in your equipment more accurately and we can also notify you of all accessories and manuals that need to be included in the return of the instrument.

Billing Questions

Please have the asset number or numbers of the equipment you have a billing question on available when inquiring about any billing. We bill on a 2 week cycle. If the equipment is not returned to our facility by the due date, you will be charged for another two week cycle.
